“Kiri” was imported from Belgium for me by my good friend Shelly Leibowitz. She is exactly what I was looking for in a GSD – solid, calm temperament, excellent structure and strong work ethic. She was originally intended to replace Cloudie for Service Work, though Zorro has primarily filled this role, so I work her in Schutzhund and have used her as a brood bitch. She has produced a litter of excellent pups that have all been placed in working/competitive homes – she passes on her excellent temperament and structure and has been contracted to produce puppies for a local program to provide Service Dogs to those in need. She is unquestionably the most “serious” of my dogs, and staunchly protects what she considers “hers.” Kiri has also worked in film – easily taking to any situation I expose her to.
